Costs you can expect when renting a property
Initial Tenancy Letting Charges:

Equivalent to 1 weeks rent
Letting Deposit: Equivalent to 4 or 5 weeks rent

Other Permitted Letting Payments:
Other permitted letting payments could arise due to breaches of contract or under relevant legislation. These may include reasonable costs incurred for loss of keys, security devices and changes to the tenancy agreement or early letting termination.
A full letting information pack is provided to tenants at the start of tenancy.
