  • Taking meter readings prior to the tenants occupation and transferring gas, electric, water and council tax to the tenant
  • Handing over the keys to the letting tenant on the day of entry
  • Forwarding to Landlord first months letting rent, less any costs due, the security deposit, a statement of income, the tenants contact details and a copy of the Inventory and Tenancy Agreement.

(tenant in situ £250)

Tenant Find & Let only £500 one off fee plus 4% monthly rental amount
